By Resolution adopted by the
Weaverville Town Council on the 16th day of August, 2004, the Weaverville
Town Council authorizes the Town Manager and Finance Officer of the Town of
Weaverville to advertise solely by electronic means bid opportunities as
allowed by North Carolina General Statutes 143-129. This
authority is a blanket approval authorizing electronic advertisement
generally for all contracts.
