Town of Weaverville Residents

Whether you're a native or a newcomer, this section of the Weaverville website is for you.  Customer service is very important to the Town, so we've created a comprehensive online resource center to help you access Town services.  From paying your water and tax bill to reserving a picnic shelter at Lake Louise, you can accomplish a wide range of tasks with just a few clicks of a mouse.

How does it work? Residential Town Services is your gateway to various Town departments.  Think of it as your one-stop shop for Town services that's available on demand, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Here you will find assistance with many common requests, such as how to start water service, report a pothole, obtain a police report, and much more.  Just locate the topic that pertains to your need and follow the link to start the process.

Another new online resourse is the townwide Frequently Asked Questions section.  This all-inclusive list of frequently asked questions covers everything from how to prepare your yard waste to how to report a problem with your water.

For your added convenience, each Town department also has its own frequently asked question section.  So if you know which division your question relates to, you can navigate directly to that department's FAQs page to locate the information you need even more quickly.

Lastly, we also added a Forms and Documents section.  This includes various items that pertain to daily life in Weaverville, from applications to forms.

If you are a business owner, please be sure to visit our Businesses section, where you'll find everything you need to know about doing business in the Town.

As always, feel free to contact us if you have a particular question or concern.  We are glad that you call Weaverville your home!
