The State of North Carolina, Buncombe County and the Town of Weaverville have all declared States of Emergency in response to the COVID-19 public health crisis. Because of the risks to the public that would arise from in-person meetings, the Town’s regular meeting on March 22, 2021, will be conducted via remote electronic format.
This NOTICE OF REMOTE ELECTRONIC MEETING is to inform the public that the Weaverville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. as an electronic video/audio meeting via Zoom Meeting. Access to the meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m. and the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. The instructions to access this public meeting are:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weaverville Town Council will hold a special called workshop meeting on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 6 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the topics listed below. The meeting will occur as an electronic audio/video meeting via Zoom Meeting. The instructions to access this public meeting are:

At this special called workshop meeting the Mayor and Town Council will discuss the Community Center Project, Reems Creek Greenway Project, FY 2021-2022 budget, US Cellular proposal for a permanent easement, 911 dispatch services, and receive an update on the MS4 Stormwater Compliance Project. Discussion during the meeting will be limited to these topics. Public comments will not be heard. Action by Town Council may be taken.
