Taoist Tai Chi is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps one feel energetic, balanced, strong, and flexible. Two new opportunities have been added to help participants who are new to the practice become familiar with the basic movements. An Introductory Lesson will be added on Tuesday mornings from 9:00-9:30 leading into the regular session from 9:30-11:00.
In addition, a full Introductory Session will be held on Thursday afternoons from 2:15-3:15pm. Everyone is welcome to join us both Tuesday and Thursday.
