DESCRIPTION:TOWN OF WEAVERVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  \nPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weaverville Town Council will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday\, March 24\, 2025\, beginning at 6:00 p.m.\, or as soon thereafter as Town Council can reach the matter\, on proposed amendments to Town Code Chapter 20 concerning regulations and procedures related to multifamily residential development. \nThis public hearing will occur as an in-person meeting in Council Chambers/Community Room at Town Hall\, 30 South Main Street\, Weaverville\, NC. \nWRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENTS can also be submitted in advance of the public hearing and will be read into the record of the public hearing.
