DESCRIPTION:INVASIVE PLANT WORKDAY IN THE MAIN STREET NATURE PARK \nThrough a generous anonymous donation through The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina\, the Town has engaged an arborist to remove invasive plants from the Main Street Nature Park. \n  \nJoin us on Wed. March 25th from 8:30 am to noon and will be in conjunction with a volunteer day coordinated by Asheville GreenWorks. Come learn about the proper handling of certain invasive plants through hands-on work with a certified arborist. Volunteers are asked to park and meet at the Main Street ‘Clock’ Parking Lot.
