DESCRIPTION:Your Yoga is offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am. The practice is led by Wendy Lantis\, E-RYT\, who has been teaching for 20+ years. This light-hearted\, accessible practice is open to everyone. Modifications are offered to make the practice fit your own individual needs each time you come to the mat. Please bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket to sit on and use under your knees. A few blankets and blocks available\, but always a good idea to bring any props you may need to make your practice more comfortable. Please introduce yourself upon arrival and fill out a waiver before setting up for class. Please refrain from wearing fragrances and put your cell phone on silent if you must bring it in. \nYour Yoga is open to all. Children are welcome if they have a regular practice and can participate without distraction to other practitioners. \nWendy was first introduced to yoga by a family friend when she was a young girl and has found the practice to be an essential part of her life. She finds tremendous joy in sharing this practice with others and helping them recognize the beauty of our breath and mindful movement\, with some giggles and smiles thrown in for good measure. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Taoist Tai Chi is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps one feel energetic\, balanced\, strong\, and flexible. \n\nTaoist Tai Chi Schedule Updates\nAs Taoist Tai Chi continues to grow at the Weaverville Community Center\, we want to share a few schedule updates. The Tuesday Integrated Class now meets from 9:30–11:00 a.m. (integrated classes include both beginners and experienced participants\, and all are welcome). On Thursdays\, the session has been extended to 2:15–4:15 p.m.\, with the first hour offered as an Introductory Class and the second hour as an Integrated Class.\n\nA new Introductory Taoist Tai Chi session will begin on Thursday\, April 2\, from 2:15-3:15. DESCRIPTION:Taoist Tai Chi is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps one feel energetic\, balanced\, strong\, and flexible. \n\nTaoist Tai Chi Schedule Updates\nAs Taoist Tai Chi continues to grow at the Weaverville Community Center\, we want to share a few schedule updates. The Tuesday Integrated Class now meets from 9:30–11:00 a.m. (integrated classes include both beginners and experienced participants\, and all are welcome). On Thursdays\, the session has been extended to 2:15–4:15 p.m.\, with the first hour offered as an Introductory Class and the second hour as an Integrated Class.\n\nA new Introductory Taoist Tai Chi session will begin on Thursday\, April 2\, from 2:15-3:15. This light-hearted\, accessible practice is open to everyone. Modifications are offered to make the practice fit your own individual needs each time you come to the mat. Please bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket to sit on and use under your knees. A few blankets and blocks available\, but always a good idea to bring any props you may need to make your practice more comfortable. Please introduce yourself upon arrival and fill out a waiver before setting up for class. Please refrain from wearing fragrances and put your cell phone on silent if you must bring it in. \nYour Yoga is open to all. Children are welcome if they have a regular practice and can participate without distraction to other practitioners. \nWendy was first introduced to yoga by a family friend when she was a young girl and has found the practice to be an essential part of her life. She finds tremendous joy in sharing this practice with others and helping them recognize the beauty of our breath and mindful movement\, with some giggles and smiles thrown in for good measure. \n  \n
