Customers may pay water and sewer bills monthly using our automatic bank draft process, pay online or by simply mailing or bringing payments in-person to Town Hall. We also have a drop-boxes located at the main entrance and in the rear parking lot of Town Hall for our customers’ convenience. If you are a new town resident, there are some details on how to set up or transfer your water services below. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.

Please call Town Hall at 828-645-7116 to obtain the payment amount that is due to transfer water service. You may pay online through the button below by choosing the option “ Set up Water Fees” and type in the service address.
**After you receive your first bill via paper, you can create a customer account through the button below. This online account allows you to view account balance, set up e-statements, view past bills & ability to pay online.
The Town of Weaverville has contracted with Buncombe County for tax collection services beginning in August 2020. This should provide for increased convenience for our taxpayers. Buncombe County tax bills will now include Town taxes.
