Customers may pay water and sewer bills monthly using our automatic bank draft process, pay online or by simply mailing or bringing payments in-person to Town Hall. We also have a drop-boxes located at the main entrance and in the rear parking lot of Town Hall for our customers’ convenience. If you are a new town resident, there are some details on how to set up or transfer your water services below. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
Visit Town Hall at 30 S Main St, Weaverville, NC 28787 between normal business hours to pay in person or drop your payment in our drop-boxes at the main entrance and in the rear parking lot of Town Hall.

New customers will need to download the “Water Service Application” and either bring it by Town Hall, mail it, or scan and email it to one of the administrative staff. If you would like to email it please call Town Hall at (828) 645-7116 to obtain an email address to send it to, as well as to gather information on how much you’ll need to pay to set up your service.
Pay the deposit and service charge that will be due to transfer the water service. This can be done in a couple different ways – either visit our Town Hall to pay in person, or pay online through the button below and choose option two titled “Water Set Up Fees” then type in your service address.
Once your water service account has been set up, you can create a customer account online through the button below to check on your water billing status, review past bills, payment amounts, and allows the ability to pay your current balance online.
The Town of Weaverville has contracted with Buncombe County for tax collection services beginning in August 2020. This should provide for increased convenience for our taxpayers. Buncombe County tax bills will now include Town taxes.
