2025 Roadway Paving Project

The Town of Weaverville and contractors have begun work on the 2025 paving project!

The Town’s paving contractor, C&T Paving of Leicester, NC  is working on roadways. Mobilizing workers, coordinating with Public Works crews, and equipment, this project began August 7, 2025 on Park Avenue.

Project Roadway List Schedule as follows:

  • Park Avenue
  • Alaron Drive
  • College Crescent
  • Harbeck Drive
  • Oak Street
  • Sunset Drive
  • Williamette Circle
  • Water Leaf Drive

The work will begin by removing and recycling the asphalt surface, repairing the underlying stone base, then milling and paving with a heavy-duty asphalt surface layer.

 

The Town asks that you be patient as this work proceeds and drive carefully to protect the workers.  At times, sections of the road as well as individual driveways may be blocked, so begin to think about alternate routes and parking during the working hours.
