Town of Weaverville Upcoming Events

Join us SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH at the Weaverville Community Center, 60 Lake Shore Drive, for an evening of fun, dancing, and great music!

LEARN THE HUSTLE with Wayne Tipton! 5:00–5:30 PM.  Right after the lesson, we’ll play a couple of Hustle songs back-to-back so you can hit the floor and practice your new moves while they’re fresh!  Then keep dancing until 7:30 PM with a variety of your favorite ballroom and social dances…Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Tango, and more!

Never danced the Hustle before? No worries!  Wayne Tipton keeps the lesson fun and  basic for beginners.

No partner? NO PROBLEM! We share partners, so everyone can join in the fun!

See y’all on the dance floor!  It’ll be FABULOUS FUN!  And the best part?…It’s all FREE!

 

This is a drop-in class where all are welcome:

The first portion of the class is comprised of a dance lesson followed by two hours of dancing. The type of ballroom dance rotates each month. Feel free to reach out to the group leader for more information.
