Gentle Yoga
Yoga for Every Body is offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am. The practice is led by Wendy Lantis, E-RYT, who has been teaching for 20+ years. This light-hearted, accessible practice is open to everyone. Modifications are offered to make the practice fit your own individual needs each time you come to the mat. Please bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket to sit on and use under your knees. Please introduce yourself upon arrival and fill out a waiver before setting up for class. Please refrain from wearing fragrances and put your cell phone on silent if you must bring it in.
Yoga for Every Body is open to all. Children are welcome if they have a regular practice and can participate without distraction to other practitioners.
About the Instructor:
Wendy was first introduced to yoga by a family friend when she was a young girl and has found the practice to be an essential part of her life. She finds tremendous joy in sharing this practice with others and helping them recognize the beauty of our breath and mindful movement, with some giggles and smiles thrown in for good measure.
