NOTICE: is hereby given that the Weaverville Town Council intends to deem the following vehicle as surplus and authorizes its donation to the Town of Marshall as allowed by North Carolina General Statute:  160A-280:

The Weaverville Town Council intends to authorize this donation through the adoption of a resolution at its regular meeting on October 28, 2024.
