On October 27, 2025, Town Council adopted the Town of Weaverville Strategic Plan 2026-29. The Strategic Plan serves as cohesive roadmap that aligns with our commitment to enhancing community goals and streamlining outcomes for our future.
We recognize the invaluable contributions and input from our engaged citizens, who have played a vital role in shaping these plans. As well this past year included collaborative efforts with our leadership: Mayor Fitzsimmons and Town Council member/Mayor elect Dee Lawrence, who have strengthened our vision for the future.
