Weaverville Water Utility Customers
“Starting with the January 31st water bills, customers who receive billing statements by mail will have a new look for their water bills! We have worked hard with our accounting software to get the bill layout updated to include a few new additions. First, you will notice several pieces of information at the top right that includes our physical address, office hours, pay bill by phone number, online payments/e-statement enrollment, etc. Second, you will notice that the usage will now be reported in gallons on your water bill instead of a consumption factor. Third, we have added a bar graph to the bills so customers can see their usage trend over the last year without having to pull copies of their bills. Finally, we have added a “Total Due After the 20th” box at the bottom of the bill that will reflect the $10.00 late fee that customers are subject to if payment is received after the due date. We look forward to getting our new layout rolled out to our customers!”
