Taoist Tai Chi, as it was developed by Master Moy Lin Shin, a Taoist monk, is a moving meditation, which promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The practice has been known to reduce stress and help one feel energetic, balanced, strong and flexible.
The next session will begin on September 3, and new participants are always welcome.
About the Instructor:
Pat Lux has been a practitioner of Taoist Tai Chi for eleven years and an instructor since 2015. Her continuing training includes attending classes here in the Asheville area and other Southeast region locations as well as at the International TTC Center in Dunedin, FL.
