A ten-session program, begins July 30 – October 1, Tuesday mornings from 10:30am – 11:30am in the Multipurpose Room.
This course is a 10-week series (drop-ins are welcome) of interactive classes focused on the following themes: Peace, Appreciation, Inner Strength, Self-Awareness, Clarity, Understanding, Dignity, Choice, Hope, and Contentment.
Rather than describing or defining personal peace, the program empowers individuals to reach their own understanding. Each class module helps the participants discover their own inner resources to live more fulfilling lives. Each class features video excerpts of renowned author Prem Rawat’s inspiring presentations followed by time for discussion. Participants are encouraged to share their reflections on the presented material.
