Maggie Crisp leads this Thursday morning strength-based High Intensity Interval Training (aerobic intervals). This offering is geared to meet the needs for all fitness levels. You should bring a mat and plan to primarily engage in body weight exercises.
The class is about 40 minutes, and open to anyone 15+, parental permission required for minors.
Classes are held in the Albert Weaver Room on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00 – 8:40 AM.
